Can I cancel or change my order?

Product must be in original packaging. Product must not be used/washed.

Change/cancellation of order will result in you incurring additional delivery fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Local standard delivery takes 2-3 days.

Next-day delivery is available at an additional charge of S$10.00

Overseas shipping requires 5-7 days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return/ exchange a product?

Exchange Policy

  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Products must be in original packaging.
  • Exchange request is valid within 14 days upon receipt of goods.

Due to hygiene concerns, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Pillow
  • Bolster
  • Duvet
  • Mattress Protector
  • Pillow Protector

Refund/Exchange Process

  1. WhatsApp to 9638 2264, a brief description and pictures of the products.
  2. Cavelli will arrange to pick up the goods within 1-3 working days upon acknowledgement of the text message
  3. A flat fee of $10 is applicable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the returns meet the refund/exchange criteria, Cavelli will refund you via Paynow within 2-3 working days.
